Hi everyone,
I’ve been struggling to get a response from Etsy Support for the past 7 weeks. My shop has been in vacation mode due to business information needing verification, and despite uploading all the necessary documents, contacting the Help Center multiple times, and replying to automated support emails, I’ve yet to receive a single response.
I even tried creating a new shop last week to transfer my listings, but that store has also been stuck in vacation mode well beyond the promised "48-hour" verification period.
My daughter was so excited to start her small business, especially when we started seeing some sales. This experience has been incredibly discouraging, and we’re just hoping to get some resolution soon. Has anyone else dealt with something similar? Any advice on how to get things moving would be greatly appreciated.
