First of all, I would like to write that I contacted the support several times in the chat and no one wanted to bother to send info to the technical department. I've been selling it on etsy for a few years and unfortunately for the support team I know when something is wrong.
First point. Orders that are delivered are listed under the in-transit tab. I have over 1,000 orders that Etsy probably can't catalog. Everything is hanging in transit although it has been delivered long ago. Same situation with pre-transit orders. Orders in transit are in the "pre transit" tab.
Another issue that comes up. By clicking on the order number, the order card is displayed - of course - no real tracking! However, the comment "Selected by buyer" appears. There is no view at all for order tracking. I would like to add that so far I have been sending several hundred products a month, always with tracking.
I'm wondering if anyone has a similar problem?

It is quite possible the Etsy's Aftership cannot track your items.

So chances are the issue may be with the carrier selected.
If you have used Contact us, the normal procedure after receiving a reply email is reply back to that one email saying the issue is not solved. Opening multiple tickets just means Etsy will ignore at a certain point because they never got a response for the first message. After a certain time they tend not to respond to the same issue.
