Etsy dropped my communication score due to a purchase that I made to another shop. The shop mailed me to notify me to leave them a review when the time came. Did not require a reply and I WAS the customer. Please fix.
There's nothing to fix. That's how it works. You have to answer ALL initial messages within 24 hours or mark them as spam.

How do you mark it as spam?
The SS requires that we respond to every message or spam it. If the message you received is recent, put it in spam.
