I made transaction sale #3470727619 and I shipped it on March 13 with tracking number 9400109205568593745101, but looking at how I’m doing on Star Seller, it says I did not include a tracking number. Yes I did!

Is your item saying pre-transit. Etsy has been trying to fix the issue. It doesn't happen to everyone.
The other is did you get a receipt for the package so that it gets the acceptance scan?
I'm having the same issues so my star seller status have dropped down tremendously. If they don't fix the issue - I will loose my starseller rating.
And instead of informing of us of an impending fix the moderators will close this thread due to being old or repeat information, which of course is worthless.
I am having the same issue and getting NO help from Etsy. I use Pirate Ship and have never had this issue before. It is showing 12 of my orders from the current Star Seller period have no tracking. However if you check on them in the Etsy app, the tracking shown. Were you able to get yours resolved? If I can’t, this will keep me from getting Star Seller. Very frustrating.
