Hello, I have had two recent customers report a problem with delivery and tracking info. With the previous order form, the tracking number that was provided to the customer was there. However, I'm not able to find the tracking number now on the new version!! This is a major problem when I'm trying to help a customer locate their order in the USPS system. In fact, when I finally located the number by clicking on the buyer's "purchased link" it takes me back to the order which doesn't show the tracking number!
Please help!
Click on the Delivery Info tab - it's confusing when things get hidden like this!
If you click on completed orders and find the order. You don't even have to click the order number. You should see the USPS logo to the right of the order and the tracking number, if you included tracking for the shipment. See example: https://gyazo.com/be9fcb5ec575cb9c0011055bd50db81c
I forgot that if you click on the order number and it takes you to the customer order, at the top of the page there are tabs. Click on the "delivery info" tab.

Click on the Tracking Number on the Order and, when the Order Details opens on the right-hand side, look at the top.
You will see 3 options
Order detailsDelivery infoEarnings
Click on Delivery Info and the complete Tracking history and delivery status will show.

Thanks everyone for the help...I found it on the delivery tab. It's VERY frustrating to have to click on several different tabs to find things when everything used to be on one page. I'm wondering what the logic was for the recent changes?
But with the new filters, you are limited to the last 365 days at most. Another reason why a shop should be keeping their own records and not relying on a marketplace like Etsy to do it for them.
I still have an All button at the top of the Completed date filters.
@DaysofYoreTreasures: Ah - it is back. Yesterday and most of today it was not an option on our Orders page.
