No support from Etsy to verify my ID and unpause vacation mode

It has been 6 days since Etsy put my store on vacation mode without any warning. I have uploaded my ID and waited out the 2 to 5 business days to verify my information.  I have had no support from Etsy.

This is my only source of income.  

Etsy support can you please help other than auto generated email.

why does your announcement say that people should go to your website to place an order?, and you name your website

I would remove that asap, as it breaks etsy's tous - and you may never come back from vacation.
