Tracking my manager will not let me add a tracking number but keeps asking me to purchase a label

I am not able to connect to add a tracking number

but keep being asked to purchase a label

I have mailed two days before shipping date

so now what?  I don't want any reserve of my funds

withheld for not shipping on time

I ship and label on my own.
