Posting Video to Explore problem

I have been unable since yesterday to post a video to Explore. Just now, I was able to post it to Facebook though. If anyone has been successful today (Aug 31, 2023), please let me know. Maybe I have the video attributes wrong? I used the Splice app to create the video which was a lot of fun. I did send feedback re: my technical issue to Etsy. I'm waiting to hear back.

Update: I posted several short clips on Explore. I was unable to post the clip that was almost 3 min. 30 sec clips filmed in portrait mode and saved in the Instagram post size worked best. I'm not sure who watches these videos on Explore though & what effect they have on sales, Will see...
