Tracking mistake

Hello, I see on my account that it states I have 5 sales without tracking information.  I send every order out from the post office with tracking information which is sent to all of my customers.  

I am just wondering why this information is incorrect and is affecting my star selling status.

You should edit your post and remove your contact information asap. You aren't reaching Etsy support here. Etsy changed this to a peer to peer support forum a while ago so it's just us sellers here. Also note that these forums are public and viewable to anyone on the internet. 

You can edit posts for 1 hour. Just click the little tiny inverted triangle and edit should show as an option in the drop down.
