Star Seller Status

I didn’t make Star Seller this month since there was some problem with my response statistics.  However, I simply dont understand what that could be.  All inquiries get a response from me, most within an hour and I’m wondering if the problem was when I have multiple messages from the same buyer.  I don’t always respond to the last message since it is usually some form of thank you.  If this is what impacted my statistics then there is a glitch in the system.  I’m extremely responsive and should not be penalized for something like this.

All messages have to be responded to within 24 hours is my understanding to maintain star seller status even it's just a thank you. I've also heard that many set up an auto response to address this as well.

• You need only respond once per message thread.
• You need to respond to every message thread, no matter the sender.

Did you respond to all messages the first time you got them? Even the ones from a seller you bought from that say Thank you for your order, if it was spam did you either respond or send it to spam, if the buyer wrote 3 identical messages did you respond to every one. A lot of sellers are having a problem with the fact they all need responding to the first time, even if the message doesn’t really need a response normally.
