All the time I loose my best seller when I use courier to deliver the orders.I put the tracking numbers but It does not show that I dispatch the order. All the time is repeated the same.
when you mark the order as complete, you have to choose the courier from the dropdown menu, then put the tracking number and save
you can go back in, to see if it's has worked properly
make sure you type 0 and O properly, and 1 and I, and there are no leading or trailing spaces.

What does the CSV say the problem is, there are three columns it could be?
@Silkydream: An unsupported shipping company or invalid / unverified tracking number equals shipped without tracking.
You need to check the applicable CSV file on your Customer Service Stats page to see what Etsy thinks is late or otherwise has something wrong with it. In particular make sure that *Had processing time?* = yes, *Ship by* has a date, *Tracking/label date* has a date, and *Shipped on time?* = yes. Remember that Star Seller dates / times are in UTC not your time zone.
