My star seller is being removed for February, the order in question is showing incorrect delivery information. Etsy is showing pre transit. USPS is showing delivered on December 22. I am not sure how to correct this.
@GrammyWandasGlass: If the order is still showing as "pre transit" make sure that the shipped date, tracking number and shipping company show correctly on the actual order. Etsy relies on a third party vendor for tracking (and tracking number validation) and uses the data on the order. Even something like a leading or trailing space can make a tracking number seem unverifiable. An unsupported shipping company or invalid / unverified tracking number equals shipped without tracking.
