I reported that the tracking data between USPS and Etsy is not updating properly on many of our orders, leaving them in pre-transit mode rather than showing that they have indeed shipped fully, on time, and in most cases already delivered. I received an email from Technical Support stating that Etsy was aware of this and working on it, but prioritization is given to issues depending on impact to the overall platform.
Can you please let me know if you will be making adjustments manually so that my 100% on time shipping ranking will be restored in advance of the next Star Seller award period on April 1?

As of March 21, our engineers updated all USPS shipping labels that were purchased since the start of this issue. All labels that were stuck in the ‘Pre-Transit’ state due to this issue are now displaying the proper tracking information. I have too. They are "working" on it. I think for 2 weeks now?
They changed my orders and for a bit my ss went back to the 100% it should be but a few days later it is down again. Appears to be the same orders again.
Guess we will see if they fix it in time before next ss.
I have 2 new ones today showing pre-transit even though I have scanned receipts from the post office. The difference this time is the post office web site isn't updated either. I'll check again in the morning but this time it seems it a post office issue.
