not sure how to contact Etsy direct....to alert them of a glitch....it's always a hassle trying to contact Etsy.......instead we have to publicly address things....anyway....I just received a Review which apparently had to be translated into English. It cannot be seen in my regular section for all my shop's Reviews on the front page....I had to click on an "alert" from my dashboard...that my customer Svetlana had just left a "Review" with 5 stars (yay) and had to read it there
We all know how important Reviews are especially when they are recent...so shoppers can see we are selling currently...and customers are obviously happy...why can't this Review been seen in the actual Review section...where it belongs
can this be an over looked glitch...or does anyone else know of a similar thing happen to them....hopefully it can be addressed quickly
Well, I can see a review from a Svetlana, posted on 22nd March in your store, when I select "Most Recent".
When you view your shop front the reviews are sorted by the "Suggested" option which Etsy determines which ones might be might useful.
In a browser at least, look at the Reviews section and to the right hand side you'll see "Sort by: Suggested" - click on that and change it to "Most recent".
