So I literally put tracking numbers on every single order that I shipped (with an exception of a canceled order, and digital orders). However the Star seller page is saying I don't qualify because I am missing tracking info on two of my sales. What am I doing Wrong?

Also as far as answering peoples messages I always answer messages right away, but it says I missed some of those too. Do I always have to put in the final word to make sure each of their messages has a response to it? or do I just have to answer someones initial message right away?

Hello @AnyasOriginalsShop,

 

We've double-checked the previous review period of your Star Seller and it appears that you have 100% on your On-time shipping & tracking. However, you didn't meet the 4.8 Average ratings. We also checked your Message Response Rate for the current review period and it appears that the buyer has sent you multiple messages and only the message from Help Request received a response.

 

Please know that messages from the same buyer will now be consolidated into fewer threads. However, when a buyer reaches out via the Help With Order request, a new thread will be created. These types of message threads need to be responded to in 24 hours to be counted positively toward your Star Seller score. New threads will now have notification badges showing if a message is a buyer’s first time contacting you, or a new help with an order request

I had a similar one. It said I missed the ship date on one of my orders. I looked at the one they showed, and I shipped it the same day it was ordered, with etsy shipping labels, so the tracking was there, with scans, and it was delivered in 4 days. I always ship same day or the next day, and have my shipping times set at 1 to 3 days, so I don't know what they look at sometimes. I'm not even going to try to contact them over it.

With messages, I thought they said it was just the initial one that you had to answer, because otherwise it would never end. But I don't know for sure. I'm not keeping track of any of it, as long as my customers are happy.

yeah its super frustrating because from what I understand the Esy logarithms promote star seller products more, and i've literally done everything to get the badge and the system just isn't registering that for some reason

Their stats are always wrong. My messages say 77% yet I answer messages 6 times a day, 5 days per week, and 2 times per day on weekends. You only have to answer the first message per convo. If they ask the same message in two convos, you have to answer both or mark one as spam.

I don't worry about this silly program. It doesn't help search engine ranking, and the people who have it all say it doesn't help sales.
