Hi
I had an order placed on Jan 15 order #[REMOVED]. Order shipped on time with USPS on Jan 18 tracking #[REMOVED]
Star Seller info is saying the order wasn't shipped on time and there us no tracking info. All the info was uploaded on time, and is showing on my end.
I have never shipped a package late! and I always upload the tracking info!
Hello @FancyFlamingosByBeth,
We've double-checked your Star Seller, and we can confirm that you're currently at 100% for the On-Time Shipping metric. It may take about 24 hours after an order has been shipped for this score to update.
Thank you very much!
I cannot help you with the "not shipped on time", except to say check your processing time frame on that specific item to make sure you shipped within your frame. For example, if you have a one day processing time, then yes, your item shipped on the 18th was late, as Etsy does not consider postal holidays as a "non-ship" date.
In regard to the tracking information: USPS and Etsy can run a little late on shifting from "pre-transit" to "in transit", so if you mailed it yesterday afternoon, it could take until this afternoon to update.
Hope this helps.
Did you ship the item within your processing time frame? Did USPS scan the item within that day to get the item into transit? Item has to be intransit by the end of day with the end of the processing time frame.
Are you using Etsy labels, Pirateship labels, etc. This transfers the tracking number at time of purchase.
If manually entering it can take 24 to 48 hours for it to show up.
@FancyFlamingosByBeth: Have the packages been scanned? Usually a day or two after the package has been scanned the CSV file correctly shows tracking and shipment status and the Star Seller stats auto update.
