At the end of January there were 5 orders that the tracking was showing in pre-transit verses delivered. Etsy representative in the chat was able to research and correct the information. All orders were shipped and delivered well within the scheduled dates, however due to this glitch I did not receive my Seller Badge. Can you please correct this?
Thank you
You're only talking to other sellers here -- we have no power to award the badges.
It's likely that the CSV resolved on its own, as they update every day or so. I don't think Etsy awards badges retroactively, but at least the data is correct for the upcoming month.
Any shipments sent out within the last few days of the month could put you in the position of having incorrect data when the badge is awarded. Some of these shipments are being temporarily marked as "no tracking" instead of staying neutral until the first scan has happened.
Etsy has said they will not change the star seller information. It's been rare when they have done so.
If the change was not reflected withing 24 to 48 hours chances are the SS was not updated.
@GlitzyRanchTX: Did Etsy Support or the Help Pages send you here? This is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy does sometimes read and reply to posts). Unfortunately, Etsy has made it clear that they will not manually adjust Star Seller stats.
Often recent shipments are not correctly / timely updated. Usually a day or two after the package has been scanned the CSV file correctly shows tracking and shipment status and the Star Seller stats auto update.
Like it was posted above, Etsy won't change it. But I wouldn't worry about it.
I've had it, not had it, had parts of it ............ really, it makes no difference at all.

Etsy Support (within the chat box) themselves sent me the link to this Technical Issues Forum and instructed me to address my situation here. I am guessing the support representative must be new and does not know protocol. I appreciate everyone who has commented. I will address the situation in regards to the tracking again. I have had this same issue happen to me on 2 different occasions. It will go for over a week and will not be updated unless I call it to their attention. Thank you again for everyone's help.
