Total sales and reviews not showing up

Does anyone know why my total sales and reviews do not show up when I search for my products? I will be logged out of my account and on someone else's and it still doesn't show the sales and reviews like it does for anyone else.

I don't know what you mean by the sales, but you are not going to show a review rating in search because your last review was over a year ago. You need to have at least 1 review in the past year to have a star rating on your shop.

You haven't had any reviews in the last year and that is what Etsy bases its review count on.

ah ok that makes sense. i just re-instated my shop after closing it for a year and I didn't realize it did that. thank you!
