Took my setup fee and froze me in Vacation

Everything in my legal and tax information says accepted, confirmed, and verified! But they keep replying to my emails what seems to be the same form letter about business information needs to be verified and if they need more information they'll let me know. 

I'm beginning to be convinced that everyone at Etsy is AN IDIOT!

I would send Etsy a message that you are verified and want your shop reopened. You will get an auto reply that does not refer to anything you said--KEEP REPLYING to THAT same message "I still need help". After 4-5 times you should finally get to a human and then can explain the problem. If you open a new request the original will be closed and you have to start all over. Most of us have learned this here due to trial and error.
