I just registered an account and didn't even start selling when I received a message:
We can’t finish enrolling you in Etsy Payments since Payoneer couldn’t verify your info. We’ve put your shop on pause via Holiday Mode, so you can’t receive new orders right now and your listings won’t appear in search results on Etsy.
To sell on Etsy, reach out to Payoneer’s Customer Care team to try enrolling again or check your email for more info.
Payneer support checked the account and reported that there were no problems on their part and verification was successful.
Support Chat ETSY is not working. I've already been waiting a lot of days for a response.
Help me( How to transfer an account from vacation to work mode?
