I've added my TAX EIN and entity info twice and it matches exactly to what my IRS EIN receipt says and my store settings will not take it. What do I do to resolve this?
Now my settings section states "You've already submitted this Taxpayer ID and we couldn't verify it. Double check you entered the correct number and name, which must match what's on your tax records."
