Thumbnails

Hi all!

Anyone else having trouble with thumbnails?  I adjust the zoom on it for the search picture but it's not saving and reverting back to the entire image.

I'm having the exact same problem. It's wasting my time trying to fix it. Sometimes it works, but most of the time it doesn't.

Same! I waste SO  much time going back and forth! Is there a way to report this?

Ongoing for months if not longer.  Etsy is so exacting about our photos but the tools provided to help are unreliable.

I don't think they are ever going to fix it.  It's been over a year they haven't been saving.

I figured out that it just needs sometime to update. Just edit your thumbnail, save it, and leave. Come back in an hour or so, your thumbnail should be the way you saved it. I experienced with my past 10 listings, and they all worked like a charm. No need to spend all that time. Just move on and work on the next listing, and come back to it later.

Ive tried everything everybody has suggested for days here.

Its just sometimes that id wont work for me, I'll have no problems but as soon as I forget to check it, the item shows up missing the top of the photo.

Time spent trying to get it right for etsy...........
