Apart from core details being frozen (2 weeks now!) I've noticed there's a glitch with shop sections too...
When you click on the shop front list, it only scrolls so far and then the background starts scrolling instead.
Sigh.
Are you using your phone? I use a desktop and don't see any malfunction with the sections. As far as core details, I generally use the copy function using a similar listing and edit after.
