Why are the thumbnails on my Shop page suddenly zoomed in? This started at about 3:45 EST on July 10. The thumbnails on other pages such as the "Listings" page and in the listing edit page are all OK. And when I do a search and my listings are included in the search the thumbnails are also OK. Only on my shop page are they zoomed in.
Note that I am running Windows 7 Professional with the last version of Chrome that supported Windows 7. Also note that my desktop has the zoomed in thumbnails but my laptop running the same OS and version of Chrome do not.
Is anyone else having this problem beginning from today???
Thanks for speaking with them – maybe they just needed to hear/know... my photos are back to normal now also! (at 8PM EST / US) – Cheers ☺︎
Mine seems to be back to normal too!
Did you have to anonymously transfer BTC to make this happen??
I can see it now...soon someone at Etsy will start a thread for:
Best ways to improve your pics.
If we think our pics look not so good, what are buyers going to think?
No, I just opened a chat the Customer Support page. They had my information and knew who I was.
I am in the process of re-opening my shop and noticed this with my first (re-done) listing. My thumbnail looks ok in the set-up screen but once I publish it's huge. I've done them in squares when possible and when not finagled borders to make it fit nice when I was setting up the listing. Maybe I need to put 6 or 7 more borders so it looks like a dot before it's published? (Frustrated laugh)
Has anyone found a resolution to this? It has been going on in my shop for months. Each time I call, I am told they are working on it. I have over 300 listings and cannot take the time to adjust the photos of each one. My shop is jewelry and the thumbnail photos are getting so blown up that important details are cut off.
Has there been any updates on this issue? I'm having this problem and I cannot find anything.
There are lots of other threads about this:
