Hi there, I have uploaded some new listing photographs over the past couple of days, and when I publish them, the Thumbnail photographs are not correctly lining up. When I centre them in the thumbnail and publish, they are all half below the bottom border. If I go back in and re-centre and save, it still does the same. Has anyone else had these issues? I have tried both on my tablet and on the PC.
I've had this issue before. I made the margins around the original photo larger. Also make certain your photos are square, and 2000 pixels X 2000 pixels at 72dpi. Hope this helps!

Brilliant, thank you! What a faff!
I am having the same issue...and am getting very frustrated. Etsy keeps making changes to "help" us, but it seems like in many instances the "improvements" just make things worse. I still hate the new listing page,
We've been having the same issue for about 6 months now. We sell vintage/antique photos so the adjustment on the thumbnail is important for our shop in showing the buyer details on the photographs. We've submitted a ticket to Etsy help...nothing. It's so frustrating that we can't list our photos correctly.
I don't think etsy cares at this point... I'm having the same issue and am getting nowhere.
