Hi! My shop was put on vacation mode again, with no clear communications or next step actions. This is the 4th time in the past 12 months my shop was paused. And each time there was no email or actions needed from me. I just want to understand why this happens, if anyone else had similar issues, how can I resolve it, and prevent it from happening again?
I already have customers messaged me today wanting to purchase my items but couldn’t. My items are wedding-related and for many customers, it’s time-sensitive. So I’d really like to know how to reopen my shop again.
