Three technical issues. Please help!

1. Issue 1:

My last three new potential customer messages went to spam.

 

2. Issue 2:

This started today.  After I marked the latest one as not spam and clicked on "accept message", I am unable to reply to them. As Etsy keeps me giving  error message in red saying "Sorry, you can't contact this person right now."

 

3. I tried to contact the "24/7" Etsy chat. I always got a  prompt response before. Whether they are helpful or not, at least someone replied. Today there was absolutely no response. Please help!!!

Thanks for your reply! It was not a spam, but a genuine question by a potential buyer. The other questions that went to spam recently were also not spam. One of them ended up purchasing as well when I replied back. Other one unfortunately chose another shop as I missed the message being in spam and was late in replying

 

Also, I found a solution from another thread regarding not being able to answer the question today. Etsy blocks the person automatically for me when a message goes to spam. So, I had to go to that profile, scroll down, click unblock this person and then I was able to message her back. Phewww!

 

Regarding the chat, I will see if they replies me back during the EST time. Thanks!
