I did not qualify for star seller this month because I did not respond to 1 message within 24 hours. I downloaded my message history to see which one, and it turns out this message was NOT from a customer. It was from another seller about a purchase I had made from THEM and just contained instructions for how to use the item I had bought. I didn't think this customer service requirement would could for message threads where I am the customer??

@TheVintagePineapple Do you think we should set up a roster for these replies? Spread the love / load around! More than 2 years later we are having to say the exact same thing as we did in the first Month of SSP.
@CarpetCollectionAU If we do, I made it a little easier for my end. I just c/p'd this ^^ response and made a macro.
