The date showing under todays dashboard for order totals and revenue is January 1, 2024. This is what is causing the incorrect balances. There is no clear way to contact tech support...so I hope someone checks this.
hmm. I thought you were going to be in Australia or something. Mine is still showing December 31 in the eastern time zone. As for the wrong year that sounds familiar like it happened other years. It will right itself eventually.
This is happening to me as well, both on my phone and the internet browser on my pc. It showing I had zero orders when I do have orders, totals are not updating at all.
