I delivered an order today. I went in to complete the order, checked off that it doesn’t have a tracking number, which took me to the 2nd page. “Complete Order” will not engage.
Do you mean you hand delivered the item in person? There should be an option for hand delivered/in person delivery in the Shipping company dropdown on the Complete Order page. You need to select this and write In Person Delivery in the box that opens on the right. Be aware though that In Person Deliveries do count against you for Star Seller, and may also lower your Customer Service rankings as US sellers are required to ship everything with tracking under the Customer Service Standards.

I hand delivered a local sale and listed item as complete. The buyer isn’t able to leave a review. Is there a reason for that?
@RockWhispererJewelry The review window will open after the last estimated delivery date. Even tho you didn't mail it, the buyer will have to wait until that date passes.
If that buyer purchased as a 'guest', they cannot leave a review unless they attach that order to their account, if they have one.
Where is the estimated delivery date listed? Or is it a standard time
@RockWhispererJewelry The estimated date goes by whatever time frame you use for your shipping. For example, if I were to purchase one of your necklaces today, your listing says that the est dates I could expect delivery would be between Jan 4 and 9.
