Has this happened to anyone else? I received an email stating "We recently identified an error that may have affected some of your listings with variations. This error could have caused these listings to be displayed to buyers and sold at incorrect prices."
So, do you think I'll get re-imbursed for all of the money lost?!?!
Good question, I got the message and immediately corrected 3 products affected, in that time, a sale slipped through at a lower price causing a loss to me. No communication so far as to reimbursement, hope they do the right thing!
