The payment may not have cleared. It's for your protection

Was it showing as Processing?

If so, it failed to process.

This was happening last month (not order processing), the revenue showed up, it showed 1 order but nothing in the order list, no email or notification and the item was moved to the sold section.

About 20 minutes later the listing was moved back to active and the amount for the sale disappeared from the revenue, happened a few times

Was it deleted because the payment was not collected?

Again, if the order said "processing" it would go away because the payment didn't go thru.

The amount does not matter and there would be no details because the payment failed.

happened a few times last month.

I have had orders processing and they clear in 1-2 hours but this was showing nothing, no processing, no cancellation just in my main dashboard a sale was added, the revenue was added and a listing went to sold out section that was the only reason I knew.

Then it all disappeared about 20 minutes late

@EcitenFineJewelry: Have you looked at the "completed" tab of your orders and shipping page to see if that order was cancelled by Etsy?
