A blue notification pops up as if I never talked to the customers I talked to before. I contacted the Etsy help center, I hope our MJ score does not decrease, I think there is a technical problem.
It's something new to try and stop scammers.
Customers I have talked to and received orders from before, I don't think they are scammers
