Error in my stats

My shop is relatively new (6 months) I sell low-price, hand-made items, so I was surprised to see I that I was very close to a star rating. The stats showed I had made $301.00, had 5 star ratings made 16 sales and shipping was 100%.

Then, new month: my shipping dropped to 92% and my sales down to $288. I knew the sales would go down from orders older than 90 days and I figured I could probably make $12 in a month, so was concerned.

But the drop in shipping confused me. I downloaded the order history from the Star Seller page and it shows one order as being not shipped, not shipped in time, with no processing time. But the order was shipped, I have tracking and it was delivered.

In fact, it was ordered by someone I knew in my town. I thought it was funny because, she ordered 5 greeting cards and I knew they would be sent out of town to the next city for mail sorting and then returned to town to be delivered to her. I teased her but she didn't care.

I mailed it the same day as ordered with an Etsy purchased label. She received the order the next day. But the shipping history report shows otherwise. On my dashboard when I look at completed orders, it shows the tracking number and it has been delivered.

I am still learning what works for my shop on Etsy and not too concerned about getting a star rating. I am concerned about errors and not having a way to report or get them fixed.

It took me a while, but by moving to Shipping Help and away from Star Seller Help, I was able to get a chat request. It seems there is a bug and they will be escalating the issue and contacting me via email. If there is anything useful resulting, I will update the community
