The wrong price is showing

I recently had a case where Etsy was showing the wrong price of my listings. I fixed it by selecting edit but doing nothing and publishing it. But what's noticeable is that this repeats itself every 5-6 hours. And it greatly affects the ad performance for the listing as well as reduces the ability to interact with customers.

Example: The price I put is $116.99 but the price displayed when I search is $140.99

Many sellers have been experiencing this for awhile and it has been reported to Etsy support. Some sellers have shared that it's a system error which is likely.   Hopefully the issue is resolved soon.  You can read more about it by doing a search in the forums on the subject.

I don't know if it's a glitch or test.  But others have reported the same; it appears to be adding the item price with shipping.  But not on all listings, just random.  Other Sellers have reported the same as you; they go in and edit the listing, and it will then show the correct price.  Hope this gets squashed soon, because it really makes no sense to display a listing like this.

I have free shipping. And the strange thing is that it only shows up on my bestseller listings.
