The new app will no longer upload photos or videos. It states it’s a technical problem and to report it if it continues. This is the third day it’s not working. Is this where to report the problem?
I went to look at a new review on the new app and it started spinning and never opened. I finally used the old app to look at it. I don't know how long it took to unlock. I went back a couple hours later and it was ok. I'm not happy with many things on the new app and I am leaving feedback.
Where do I leave feedback, please?

I was hoping their Announcement had some links to review the app. Maybe the app itself has a way to connect to Etsy? (Yes, I'm a dinosaur, lol.)
No, that link has no way to report an issue. How do we report an issue with the app not working? Is there a tech team?
The new app is so much more cumbersome than the old app. They constantly tell you to seek support if photos don't load but that would be useless as well as time consuming. I just added some photos with no problem. Have you tried turning off and on your phone? Other than that and wait it out, I don't know what else to tell you other than you are in good company a lot of the time.
