The upload button doesn't work

Hi! Is anyone else having difficulties with changing the logo? I cannot upload the new once since the 'upload' button doesn't response to my clicking on it. Etsy support didn't help, clearing the cache also didn'. Any ideas?

Did you remove the old one first? Just a thought, haven't changed mine in a long time, so don't really know.

If your file is too big. Nothing will upload. Check your sizes meet Etsy requirements.

I’m afraid I don’t have any answer for you as I have not changed my logo in like 9 years, but I agree with @TheHomespunLoft that if your logo pic is too big it won’t upload. However, I just had to pop in and say how utterly adorable your avatar pic is. It’s just so cute!
