You're correct. Your shop is not indexed. You can tell by doing a search within your shop. I searched for "punch needle" and came up with no results. 

It can take a few days for a new shop to be indexed. If your shop has been open longer than that, you need to contact Etsy. Put "shop not indexed" in the subject line.

While you're waiting for your shop to be indexed with the advice above, take the time to finish your shop. About, Announcement, Profile, Shop location, Shop tag line (what you sell). Link variations to images in your listing. Add more listings, or separate the one you have into individual listings.
