I have an international order from France to the USA and the order specified 29 euros for the shipping but then it wrote -29 euros which means the client had the shipping for free and now I'm the one who has to pay it or give a refund.
Why is that happening?!
It sounds like you've ticked the box for free US shipping for orders over $35
You have the free shipping guarantee set up, so orders sent to USA, and bought in USA$ get free shipping
you can turn it off for future
Settings
Delivery/Shipping settings
at the top, choose "USA free delivery (shipping) guarantee - and turn it off there
I'm in the US and it's happening because you have free shipping on the one item for sale.
You either have to pay the shipping cost or refund/cancel the order and explain to the buyer YOU made a mistake, that shipping shouldn't had been free and maybe end up with a unhappy customer.
