The ship by date on a new order is wrong how to fix?

Hi,

I received an order for an item that has a processing time of 3-4 weeks. The ship by date on the order says ship in 3 days. How can I fix this? I would appreciate any feedback. Thanks so much!

Remember that you can only do it once and you have to do it before the existing scheduled to ship by date.
