"Etsy's calculation for rating is wrong"

i was a 5 star until someone left a 4 star review by mistake and now my store is 4.5 star, how does etsy calculate this ? this is totally unfair, looks like etsy doesn't takecare of their sellers like they used to.

You also have a 3 star this month.

If you're talking about the star seller ratings, you have a lot of reviews that are less than 5 stars for the current review period.  It's calculated over a 3 month period.

For the December star, you need to add up all the stars you've received for Sept, Oct and Nov and divide that by the number of reviews. That will give you your score.

@MalibuTropical  You need 19 five stars to overcome a 1 star.
