The "Make an Offer" feature

Dear Etsy Sellers,

Have any of you created a "make an offer" for some or all of your listings only to discover that customers can not see this feature?  I can not get this feature to become active for my shop and I'm wondering if it would be a violation to simply create a section called "Make an Offer". Any suggestions?

It's not available to all buyers.

It's still a test.

"Can any buyer make an offer?

Buyers in the US will be able to submit offers on enabled listings. However, because we’re still testing the feature to get it just right, not all buyers will see the “Make an Offer” button on all enabled listings. "

@UniquelyEwe - Any seller can take an offer in their own shop without the help of an etsy feature, so making such a section in your shop should be fine.

I just activated the feature, for a dozen listings....why not, worth a try and kind of fun for our long time buyers. If I look on the site without signing in,I don't see the button to Make Offer, but once I sign in,then I see it.

I don’t know if anyone has responded yet, but I do see the Make an Offer on your ship listings.
