The Help Centre form isn't submitting

Is anyone able to complete and submit a Help Centre form?

I have verified my email, then come back to fill in the form with my email, subject line and question.....and the "send" button does nothing!

I've tried doing this over multiple hours, shut down my browser and computer, opened everything up again - tried again several times. Tried pressing "enter" or double-clicking on the button.

Nada.

Is this a glitch or is limited by time zones? It's evening in Australia, but I don't know operating hours for the Help Centre. Still, if it didn't work, there should be SOME error message popping up, right?

Anybody have any ideas or workarounds?

Forum members are always happy to help!  As for Etsy, maybe they disabled help for the time being ... perhaps they are overwhelmed at the moment considering all the new tariffs changes, time zone changes, postal changes, or sellers with verification issues or who knows why ... maybe somebody flicked their ear, LOL!  Perhaps they just need some peace & quiet time for a little while until they can sort things out.  Keep trying to contact them, but if no result, come here to the forums and ask ... maybe one of us can help?

I tried a different browser (Safari instead of Chrome) and the request went through, so that is a start, thank you!

If you don't mind the detail, here is my problem (and one I didn't think would ever happen, but when you have a little savings account you forget about, then....yup).

"I have not sold on Etsy in some years, but on my return I realised that the  payment account I have on record (Pulse Credit Union, account ending in 5223) no longer exists, as Pulse was acquired by Unibank in late 2021, and the original Pulse account number was not preserved in the merger.

Unibank could not give me any details about the antecedent institution (Pulse) and think it may be in paper storage, but are unsure. All statements and banking were managed online, and the website is gone.

Is there another way to change the payment account, as this one no longer exists and any money that Etsy tries to transfer will just bounce back."

According to the FAQs, I may have to just start again with a new shop. It would be very annoying to lose all my data and the people who liked my shop or have to maintain the old shop in inactive mode to preserve it. But maybe a fresh slate is best? I can tweak the name.

Anyway, I have no real faith in Etsy help, and think I should go back into holiday mode so there's no more sales made and no more money sitting in the aether if they cannot help.

I'm looking at options and found I could download at least some of my data - hope for the best but plan for the worst, as they say.
