Category won't fill in when I try to list a new item.

When I try to list a new item, Category won't fill in. Same thing that happened last year. I click on Wall Decor, but it won't fill in the Category box. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Pick an existing wall decor listing, copy it and edit. The category should be there.

Thanks, but this isn't working. I copied a prior listing, but Wall Decor wasn't in the category box and when I clicked on wall decor, it wouldn't take it.

Copy another listing that’s in the same category where you want to list the new one.

I tried listing something today that I have never listed before so what do you do then?  I can't copy something that I have never sold before.

@mommawhazelsquilts  It doesn’t have to be the exact same item. Just something similar.
