I am receiving this notification, "Your funds won’t be available for deposit until we can verify your taxpayer info using the documents you submitted. This usually takes up to 48 hours." I have submitted the documentation and it says, "verified" but still will not deposit my funds. Has anyone been able to resolve this issue? It's so frustrating as I can't get through to anybody for help and the "Help Center" button doesn't go anywhere when you click on it. I'm ready to turn this company into the BBB. I have had my shop since 2010 and have never experienced this until a year ago and still no resolve. For a company that has so many sellers and makes their money on these sellers, how could they not take care of their shop owners and have some sort of real contact information? Not just a help center button that goes nowhere when you click on it. Fix this issue Etsy!!

It's clear that Etsy's customer service does not hold up to the standards they expect from their sellers. Shouldn't you practice what you preach Etsy?
"What are Etsy's Customer Service Standards?
Great customer service helps you build trust with buyers and keep them coming back. As a seller on Etsy, you’re expected to meet our Service Level Standards, as outlined in our Seller Policy. This includes meeting our customer service standards in four key areas:
Meeting these standards will give buyers a positive experience, and help you avoid lower search visibility on Etsy."
