Tecnical Issue: Message rate calculations should reflect a 3-month period. This month only 1 month

The Star Seller qualifications are based on a 3-month period.  While my shipping and reviews are correct, the message response is incorrect since it took only September under consideration.  On September 30 rating was 95%. However, I noticed that October 1 it dropped to 91%.  When I checked the stats only 1 month was considered! Please correct for the month of November for Grandma and Baby Turtle.

@GrandmaAndBabyTurtle: "Please correct for the month of November ..." Even if Etsy Support or the Help Pages sent you here this is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy does sometimes read and reply to posts).

How many new incoming threads did you receive during this three month period? If you compare the CSV file for the October star (previous period) to the CSV file for the November star how many messages on or after August 1st are missing (remember Star Seller stats are in UTC not your time zone)?

The last two days of the month preceeding don't count for the review.  Septembers last two days did not count for October but they do count for November.  If you had any late messages or forgot to spam a message on the last two days that didn't need answering then that can lower your numbers.

Also for October, June fell off for only July ,August,   and September to be considered for October.  For OCtober it will be August, September, October so if the last two months or this month that is not over with yet will show only an incomplete period.  Things can change for Novermber as there is still time.

October 1 it dropped to 91%

It's counting messages in August, September and October. July's dropped off. And on Oct 1st, October is yet to end.

If it's only counting 1 month, that would suggest you didn't receive any messages August, so it's only able to count messages in September.
