My edits aren't being reflected when published

Recently, when I've edited an older post and change the title, when I look at the edited version the title isn't changed and won't change no matter what I do. Has this happened to anyone else, and if so, can it be fixed or does the change show up when someone else is looking at the post?

@RetroLovern  Hi, Are you using the new listing form, or do you switch back to the old? I switch back every time (I've not used the new one). Also, I don't know if you're using the App (if so, you may wish to try a mobile browser or computer.

I really do not prefer the newer version. I don't believe it is any quicker or better. Yeah, this is weird. My headline will not reflect the edits but the body of the post does. Don't know what is going on.

Have you remembered to scroll way down 

and click publish after making the changes?

I believe so. My edits to the body of copy are shown – just not the title. I think the correct title shows later on but not when I check it the first time.
