unfortunately i missed a reply to buyer in message sections on my shop. Etsy support emailed me and i solved the issue regarding reply to buyers but Etsy told me that my shop has low search visibility and i got only 1 to 2sale in a month. meanwhile i tried to follow all rules and regulations on my shop but after completion of the last month Etsy support sent me mail again about low search visibility and i have no sale on my shop. i think this is a technical issue and should be solved by etsy team.
Make sure that all items in your shop are made by you or designed by you.
Your 'low search visibility' issue is due to poor customer service metrics (messaging and tracking), not a technical issue.

Technical issues are when there is something not working with the dashboard or marketplace.
Low visibility is due to something you are doing or not doing. The rules are very clear, if you do not comply with the terms of the market place or provide the service & product expected from you, they will lower you in the search, if it continues, they will remove the shop.
