star seller tech issues? particularly speedy replies

I can't seem to find my stats on speedy replies - the detailed version so I can see exactly how it is calculated. I find it hard to believe I didn't hit close to 100% over the past 90 days. This is the first month (May 2025) that I haven't been a star seller since the program's inception.

I've been watching my account this past month or so when, for whatever reason, it looked like I wasn't going to attain star seller status - with no information of WHICH messages were not responded to within 24 hours. I am in and out of my account multiple times per day and always respond as soon as I see a message. 

I ask that you review my account and provide me details or instruction on how to see those details in some type of 90-day report.

You need to download a CSV file for messages

In the star seller section, you can download a report that lists which messages Etsy says you didn't respond to within 24 hours.

I think I respond to all my messages but there have been a couple time when one slips by ... someone who is using multiple accounts, spam that I forgot to put in to the spam folder ... that kind of thing. It's helpful to know exactly why you're getting dinged.

You're not contacting Etsy support here. Etsy won't reply to your posts here nor will Etsy review your account nor provide you with any info on Star seller badges and how to see details since all of this can be found on the help pages.

Etsy has said they will not make changes to star seller data or badges.

Yeah, interestingly, I got to this forum from a DIRECT LINK in Etsy's verbiage in their help section. Go figure.
