Technical error in the messaging system?

Good morning, the help area has suggested to me that I add this query to the Forum.
I recently lost my star seller rating because apparently the response rate has been greater than 24 hours. This is very rare since I usually respond, always, before that period of time. Is there any possibility that there is an error in the update of the platform, the messaging systems or something similar...? Any information or suggestions will be very helpful to me to improve my service.

Have you downloaded the messages CSV to see which ones you've missed?

Edited to add, I wish I'd looked at your shop first and seen all the counterfeit items. You should remove all film related images unless you have licensing.

I have pretty much learned to always look at the shop before offering help.  It has almost become a necessity nowadays.

download the csv file, and you will see the one/s etsy thinks were late

@CiruelaDigital: You should include your licensing information in the listings for all of the trademarked and copyrighted names and images so that no one thinks you are infringing on intellectual property rights or selling what could otherwise be considered by a buyer (or Etsy) as counterfeits. A buyer could open a case against you and get their money back and keep the item.


Also we will be able to assist you in the future as your fellow sellers are not supposed to help a shop that is breaking the law or Etsy rules.

 

Presuming that you do have the proper licensing for all of the seeming illegal items, you need to check the applicable CSV file available on your Star Seller page (previous period for December Star)? When you look at the file remember that that the dates / times are in UTC (not your time zone), only the first message of a new incoming thread is included (all that counts for Star Seller), and usually a new incoming thread is not included until after the 24 hour reply window has passed regardless of when you replied. Star Seller stats (and the CSV file) seem to be updated only once per day so there may be an additional day's delay. There is also a link to the actual message thread so you can verify if the data is correct or not. Keep in mind that the Star Seller metric is NOT all new messages but only the first message of all new incoming threads.
